Couples Therapy

Helpful for couples trapped in constant arguments, unable to find common ground, and feel the need to “tip toe” around certain subjects. Through committed therapy, you can break problematic patterns, cultivate repair, find renewed safety, practice effective communication, and restore connection in your relationship to move forward in a healthy direction together.

Many high functioning couples come to therapy to establish healthy communication and prevent resentment down the road or before taking next steps in a relationship. Some couples come in to get help making important decisions or to end their relationship amicably.

Specialized Sessions

Alternative options to traditional talk therapy are available. If you are stuck, looping, or feel trapped by something you just cannot seem to “get over,” there are other options that can help. From Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, EMDR, 5-Needle Protocol (AcuDetox), breath work, and somatic mindfulness practices, we can explore alternative treatments that feel right to you. Many clients who have not found benefit from talk therapy or just prefer not to talk find these options useful.
